On 31.07.2013 Tİmtaş started the construction of two gigantic towers, which are expected to be in service shortly.
Timtaş, which has been operating since 1972 in the construction sector with a proud history of its achievements in the area of infrastructure, is now submits a brand new life project to the people living in Ankara.
Tim Towers is to become operational in İncek, a speedy developing district where Universities and distinguished educational institutions are situated. The project comprises 38 floor two towers, measuring 142 metres in height, built on an area of 13,387 sq m. while the total construction area is 61, 500 sq m. Tim Towers contain 162 apartments with different types and sizes (2+1, 4+1 and 5+1).Project spares 6000 sq m of total area for green space. While protecting green space Timtaş uses grey water system (waste water) in watering gardens.
The Towers have been designed by Uras & Dilekç,i Architects. With its favourable situation and with a courageous but original design of facades Tim Towers are already winking at Ankara as candidates for becoming new icons of the city.
